Terms of Service
By using Framewisp (the "Service") — the website, the Figma plugin, and the Roblox Studio plugin — you agree to these terms.
1. What Framewisp does
Framewisp converts a Figma frame into native Roblox Studio UI. Images from your design are uploaded to your own Roblox account through Roblox sign-in; the converted layout is delivered to Studio via a one-time import code.
2. Licence
A valid subscription or lifetime key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Framewisp. One key is bound to a single Roblox account (Team keys cover the number of seats you bought). You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute your key, or attempt to bypass licensing or account limits.
3. Your account and content
- You are responsible for the designs you convert and must have the right to use them.
- You grant Framewisp the limited, temporary access needed to convert your design and upload its images to your Roblox account. We claim no ownership of your designs.
- Help Framewisp learn (optional). If you turn it on, you also let Framewisp use the designs you convert from then on, free of charge and non-exclusively, only to train, test and improve Framewisp's own AI. We will not publish them, sell them, share them with other users or third parties (other than providers processing them for us), or offer them as templates or assets. You can withdraw at any time through a ticket in our Discord or by emailing support@framewisp.com; that stops future sharing and we delete what you shared, while an AI version already trained keeps what it learned. - You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use when using generated assets.
4. Payment, renewals and refunds
- Plans are billed as shown at checkout — monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged; lifetime seats are sold in steps, and the step you buy is the price you keep. Payments are processed by Lava.top.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- EU / UK consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Framewisp is digital content delivered immediately — by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the licence is delivered, as confirmed during the checkout flow.
- This does not limit any statutory rights you have if the Service is defective. If something doesn't work, email support@framewisp.com — we'll fix it or make it right.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Roblox's own APIs and moderation may affect uploads.
6. Disclaimer & liability
Framewisp is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from the generated Studio output, third-party services, or your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms (including licence abuse). You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Roblox access from your Roblox account settings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
