Terms of Service
By using Framewisp (the "Service") — the website, the Figma plugin, and the Roblox Studio plugin — you agree to these terms.
1. What Framewisp does
Framewisp converts a Figma frame into native Roblox Studio UI. Images from your design are uploaded to your own Roblox account through Roblox sign-in; the converted layout is delivered to Studio via a one-time import code.
2. Licence
A valid subscription or lifetime key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Framewisp. One key is bound to a single Roblox + Figma account pair. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute your key, or attempt to bypass licensing or account limits.
3. Your account and content
- You are responsible for the designs you convert and must have the right to use them.
- You grant Framewisp the limited, temporary access needed to convert your design and upload its images to your Roblox account. We claim no ownership of your designs.
- You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use when using generated assets.
4. Payment, renewals and refunds
- Plans are billed as shown at checkout ($5/mo, $20/yr, or a one-time lifetime purchase). Payments are processed by Lava.top.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Framewisp is a digital product with instant delivery, so purchases are non-refundable. If something doesn't work, contact us and we'll help you get it running.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Roblox's own APIs and moderation may affect uploads.
6. Disclaimer & liability
Framewisp is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from the generated Studio output, third-party services, or your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms (including licence abuse). You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Roblox access from your Roblox account settings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
